Using Your Dental Insurance
Yes! You can use your insurance's out of network benefits at our office.
There are a couple of things you need to know.
1. Bring your dental insurance card (paper or digital version) to every appointment so we can ensure we are filing correctly for you.
2. You will pay at the time of service and we will provide you with everything you need to file your claim. Insurance will reimburse you directly.
Unfortunately no, state regulartions prohibit combining direct membership pricing with insurance reimbursement for the same services.
While we encourage you to always check with your individual plan, most services we provide are typically eligible for HSA/FSA payment.
FAQ's about membership
The decision to make monthly payments with separate cleaning charges allows you the freedom to schedule cleaning visits when it is convenient and best for your oral health.
Yes. You may cancel your membership at any time with no penalty. We ask for a 30 day notice to ensure proper cancellation. Unused annual benefits are non-refundable.
We understand circumstances change and reactivation is allowed.
However, to prevent abuse of activating memberships only when treatment is needed, each membership reactivation includes an increased reactivation fee.
The reactivation fee increases by $50 each time a membership is reactivated.
Some services may require referral to a specialist outside the scope of care provided in our office, including:
- Root canals
- Complex extractions
- Complex orthodontics
- Advanced gum surgeries
- Complex TMJ therapies
- Complex pediatric care
- IV sedation
If you carry dental insurance through your employer, you may be able to use those benefits with a specialist.
