Frequently Asked Questions

Our monthly membership is designed to keep dentistry simple and relationship-focused rather than functioning like traditional insurance.

Instead of tracking when monthly payments have “earned” certain services, your membership reflects your commitment to receiving care at our office and gives you immediate access to direct member pricing with no waiting periods.

This approach allows us to recommend care based on your individual needs — not based on an insurance-style schedule or limitations. It also helps reduce large upfront costs while allowing treatment to begin right away.

First keep in mind that while the $25 a month doesn't include cleanings, a regular cleaning costs $75 with your membership. So if you get two cleanings in a year, your total investment is $450..the same as an annual membership!

State regulations prohibit combining direct membership pricing with insurance reimbursement for the same services.

However, non-members are welcome to receive treatment and may choose to independently submit claims to their insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Regardless of membership status:

  • Payment is due at the time of service
  • We do not bill insurance companies directly
  • Any eligible reimbursement would be paid directly to you by your insurance carrier

While we encourage you to always check with your individual plan, most services we provide are typically eligible for HSA/FSA payment.

Yes. You may cancel your membership at any time with no penalty. Please note:

  • Unused annual benefits are non-refundable
  • A 30-day notice is required prior to cancellation to allow recurring payments to be stopped properly

What if I cancel and later want to reactivate my membership?

We understand circumstances change and reactivation is allowed.

However, to prevent abuse of activating memberships only when treatment is needed, each membership reactivation includes an increased reactivation fee.

The reactivation fee increases by $50 each time a membership is reactivated.

Some services may require referral to a specialist outside the scope of care provided in our office, including:

  • Root canals
  • Complex extractions
  • Complex orthodontics
  • Advanced gum surgeries
  • Complex TMJ therapies
  • Complex pediatric care
  • IV sedation

If you carry dental insurance through your employer, you may be able to use those benefits with a specialist.

We have a list of the most common procedures and their fees available upon request.

The fee sheet will include membership and non membership pricing to help aid in your decision making.
