Using Your Dental Insurance Is Simple

1. Send us your insurance information

All we need is the information found on your dental insurance card. You can even text us a photo or screenshot of your card if that’s easiest.

2. Pay for your care at the time of your visit

Patients are asked to pay for services at the time care is provided.

3. We handle the paperwork for you

No insurance forms for you to fill out. We complete the claim paperwork for you and even place it in an addressed, stamped envelope so it’s ready to go.

For patients receiving two routine cleanings per year, the total yearly investment is $450 for an adult and $400 for a child with EITHER THE ANNUAL OR MONTHLY PLAN. The monthly plan simply allows care costs to be spread over time rather than be paid in one upfront payment.

A one-time $50 activation fee applies to monthly memberships to help cover administrative costs associated with monthly payment management.
